Section 5: Marketing and Public Awareness - This is one section
of a 7 part manual on developing a community collaboration team to address
public awareness and child find issues. This section looks at designing
and implementing a marketing plan for public awareness and child find
activities. It emphasizes designing marketing strategies with a specific
“target population” in mind. In addition it addresses making
sure that the activities are in a variety of formats in order to reach
all segments of the population.
